Return & Refund Policy – Aredy

At Aredy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order under the conditions below.


1. 30-Day Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving your product, without providing a reason.

The return period expires 30 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the product.


2. How to Start a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 30-day period by sending a clear statement (for example by email) indicating that you wish to return your order.

After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 days.


3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be handled with care.

  • The product may only be used to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

  • The item must be returned, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

  • Items that show signs of excessive use, damage, or alteration may be subject to a deduction for loss of value.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


5. Refunds

Once we receive your return notification, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned them — whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • Products that by their nature cannot be returned


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly.
