Terms and Conditions – Aredy
Article 1 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Aredy and to every agreement concluded between Aredy and a consumer via the Aredy webshop.
By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Article 2 – Offers and Agreement
All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.
Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Aredy.
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the stated conditions.
Aredy reserves the right to refuse orders or impose additional conditions.
Article 3 – Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed before completing the order.
Payment must be made using the payment methods offered in the webshop.
In the event of non-payment, Aredy reserves the right to suspend or cancel the agreement.
Article 4 – Delivery
Delivery will take place at the address provided by the consumer.
The maximum delivery period is 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be informed in a timely manner.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer upon delivery.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal (30-Day Return Policy)
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, receives the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send an unambiguous statement (for example by email) within this 30-day period stating their decision to withdraw.
After notifying Aredy of the withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days.
Conditions for Returns
During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
The product may only be used to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The product must be returned, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
If the product shows damage resulting from use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, Aredy may deduct a proportional amount for depreciation in value.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Aredy will refund all payments received from the consumer, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
Aredy may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the consumer has provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 6 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
-
Products made according to consumer specifications
-
Personalized or custom-made products
-
Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
-
Products that by their nature cannot be returned
Article 7 – Conformity and Warranty
Products supplied by Aredy comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and reasonable standards of quality and usability in accordance with Dutch law.
If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, the consumer must notify Aredy within a reasonable period after discovering the defect.
Statutory consumer warranty rights apply.
Article 8 – Liability
Aredy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Article 9 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovery and must be fully and clearly described.
